چکیده
The relevance of the analysis scientific publications devoted to study composition, properties, methods preparation, areas application, as well qualitative and quantitative identification glycolipids is determined by prospects for their use alternative natural surfactants. Glycolipids possessing comparable surfactant properties with widely used surfactants a petrochemical nature, distinguished absence toxicity environmental friendliness, exhibit pronounced physiological functional properties.Currently, there are no systematic data covering various aspects physicochemical glycolipids. The purpose this research clarify classification glycolipids, summarize on advantages disadvantages industrial obtaining glycolipids; systematization application; most effective glycolipids.Particular attention paid possibility isolating from plant materials, including secondary resources oil fat industry. The presented in review indicate that those isolated characterized high biotechnological potential creation pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, foods.Of known production currently common cost-effective based microbiological enzymatic synthesis.Promising raw materials products processing oilseeds – phosphatide emulsions concentrates containing up 5% composition. There type material.Of (TLC, HPTLC, HPLC, NMR), promising method high-resolution NMR spectroscopy, it informative, rapid accurate.

Fucoxanthin, an allenic carotenoid, can be isolated from edible brown seaweeds. Recent studies have reported that fucoxanthin has many physiological functions and biological properties, such as antiobesity, antitumor, antidiabetes, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and hepatoprotective activities, as well as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular protective effects. Therefore, fucoxanthin can be used...
متن کاملSafety assessment of AGPC as a food ingredient.
α-Glycerylphosphorylcholine (AGPC) is a semi-synthetic derivative of lecithin. Following oral administration, it is converted to phosphatidylcholine, a metabolically active form of choline that is able to reach cholinergic synaptic endings where it increases acetylcholine synthesis and release. A series of studies were conducted to demonstrate the safety of AGPC. The oral LD50 was equal to or g...
متن کاملPhytosterol: A Functional Ingredient in Food
165 Sterols are organic compounds, widely distributed in nature. Sterols are essential structural components of eukaryotic cell membranes, where they regulate membrane fluidity and permeability as well as membrane-associated metabolic processes. They occur naturally in animals, plants and fungi. Sterols of animals are called zoosterols. The most familiar type of animal sterol is cholesterol. Th...
